Glynn Visual Arts is Your Small Event Venue on Saint Simons Island!

Glynn Visual Arts is a community arts center that features fascinating,

high quality art exhibits, classes, festivals, Outreach programs and more.

We also rent our building for special events!

Have your next event with us and put a little art in your life!

Our fabulous space is affordable! It's about a mile from
the beach on the south end of the island. It has plenty of
parking and can be used for a variety of small events such as:

  • Office Parties
  • Team Building
  • Cocktail Receptions
  • Birthday Parties
  • Anniversary Parties
  • Lectures or Group Meetings
  • Bridal Showers
  • Classes/Workshops


Our facility features two large adjoining rooms perfect for receptions, a state of the art Pottery Studio as well a smaller classroom and conference room.
 
Guests can rent just the space for their function or we can help! GVA offers four fun "ARTY PARTY" class options for a two hour event appropriate for Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Girls Night Out, Bridge Club, Book Club, Couples Nigh Out or Garden Club and more!

Adult Arty Party!

Customized Adult One Night Workshops for You & Your Friends!

Let us arrange a FUN adult birthday party, "Girls Night Out" or
couples class for your group! Call GVA and come to PLAY!

We offer:

  • "Earth, Wine & Fire" pottery class
  • "Wire & Wine" jewelry making
  • "Pinot & Prints" printmaking
  • "Van Gogh & Vino" painting


Minimum 6 participants. $35 per person. GVA can provide wine & snacks for an additional charge or uests may bring their own adult beverages and snacks if they like.

Kid's  Birthday Party

Give your child an ART BIRTHDAY PARTY! Have a fun & creative experience for your child!

Glynn Visual Arts (GVA) provides:

  • Place/location for the birthday party
  • Tables & chairs
  • Art teacher/instruction
  • All materials for the art party project
  • Art project may vary according to age of child


Parents provide:

  • Party food, drinks, cups, plates, napkins, tablecloths, etc.
  • Cake
  • Decorations
  • Gift bags for children, etc.


Cost
$200.00 for 2 hours for up to 10 children
Additional charge of $20.00 per child over 10

Note: Parents may arrive 30 minutes prior to party & stay up to 30 minutes after party to set up & take down food & decorations.
