Lynn grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and received her BS and Masters in Packaging from Michigan State University. After a long career in Package Development and Engineering in the consumer products, medical device, pharmaceutical and food industries, she has recently retired and is looking forward to her next great adventure.

Volunteering has been a life-long passion for Lynn. From her college days of reading to the blind as part of Tower Guard to running Odyssey of the Mind and Science Olympiad programs at her children’s schools, she has taken her love of education, science and creativity and shared them with her community. She is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, and in Dunwoody, GA, served a four year term as a Co- Service Unit Director for one of the largest service units in the US, where she was responsible for volunteer recruitment, annual fund development, product sales and training, as well as providing guidance and support for over 1000 girls, 100 leaders and 88 troops.

Lynn loves spending time with her wonderful children, son David, and daughter, Susan as well as her 3 stepsons, Nick, Jeremy and Matt, and their families, including 6 lively and talented grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading and bridge, and is always up for a good time--- at the beach, at bingo or at MahJong. She thoroughly enjoys art, and rarely takes a trip without spending time at the local museums, from the D’Orsay to MOMA to the High to Dunwoody’s Spruill Arts. She is especially enamored with glass and teaches a Fused Glass jewelry class at GVA.
